Payment and Cancellation Policy

50% payment is required to reserve your requested hunt dates.

‍Full payment is due 60-days in advance of your scheduled hunt.

Trip deposits are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend travel insurance which you can purchase directly from us.

Trip Rescheduling Insurance

Since we have a no-refund policy, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your vacation investment.

You can save money by purchasing insurance directly from us.

You can benefit from the product Cancel for Any Reason for a Future Credit, which was created exclusively for our clients. This provides a credit for a future trip in the amount of 100% of the Trip Fee when you cancel up to 96 hours prior to arrival. If the trip is canceled within 96 hours of arrival, it provides a credit for a future trip in the amount of 100% of the trip fee and pre-paid payments less the cost of the hunting permits. Please note this insurance only covers the hunting trip fee and pre-paid payments. It does not cover your flights, hotel, transfers, etc.

Future trip credit will be valid for 1 year.

The cost of this product is 5% over your total trip fee.

Trip Cancellation Insurance

You can benefit from the product Cancel for Any Reason and get a full refund.

This provides a refund in the amount of 100% of the Trip Fee when you cancel up to 15 days prior to arrival. If the trip is canceled within 15 days of arrival, it provides a refund in the amount of 60% of the trip fee less the cost of the hunting permits.

The cost of this product is 15% over your total trip fee.
