When to come
Doves fly all year in Córdoba. Everything else has a window, and the windows do not fully overlap. Pick a month and see what it actually does — then find the lodge that fits the week you want.
The year at a glance
Five quarry, five calendars
Only the doves are open every month. If you want more than one quarry in the same trip, the overlap is what decides your dates.
Trout runs from November to 31 May. Come in autumn — March to June — and you catch the Córdoba harvest, when doves move farm to farm and the lodge sees what the locals call a dove hurricane.

We shoot every month of the year. What changes is the weather, the state of the harvest, the age of the birds and the price. Choose a month.
